为什么现在那么多单身的狗（单身狗别再说singledog了）

英语里有“单身狗”的说法吗？

“单身狗”四种英语说法

1. Im single.

我单身。

首先，大家熟悉的single dog这个“单身狗”英语表达非常不地道，国外根本没有这个说法哦。

单身在英语中确实通常译为single，这个词不分性别年龄，只要是没结婚没处在恋爱关系里的人都可以用。single仅仅表示单身或者独身的状态，它不代表愿意脱单。

而且，它还有“没有放下上一段感情”或者“没有做好准备开始新感情”的隐含义。

2. Im single but available.
